is an open source framework for the analysis of quantitative proteomics data. The aim of this software is to provide bench scientists with an application to analyse their data using the most common quantitation techniques (e.g. SILAC, iTRAQ, Label free, emPAI, etc.) and provide support for data standards. Latest Developments

 


New
: We have produced an alpha version (0.3.6) of ProteoSuite. This version has the previously published ProteoAnnotator functionality, and now supports label-free analysis of mzML. See the 'Download' section for the new version. Documentation is forthcoming, though support is available on demand.

We have produced an alpha version (0.3.3) of ProteoSuite. This version has limited functionality and is intended as a showcase of the ProteoAnnotator functionality. This site will be updated with details of the new version.
